Food is the essential need of human being, infact not only human beings all living beings..

We human beings have lots of variety in food dishes. Gujarati, Punjabi, Chinese, Italian, mexican, continental,veg, non-veg n many more..

Yes I am foodie As I am from Gujarat and from Saurashtra we kathiyavadis always foodie. I love spicy food and sweets a lot. As I know the art of cooking I always like to experiment wid food. I like home made food mostly, especially mom made food😊.

If you have ever noticed you can find natural sweetness in homemade food because its cooked with wholeheartedly. "Maa ke hath ki mithash".

I like Bengali sweets a lot Its realy yummy. Rosgulla( we pronounce rasgulla) is the my most favourite bengali dish.Mumbai 's Halwa is my second most favourite Item. I heard a lot about Punjabi food,means original Punjab. "Makke di roti n sarsoda sag" I hv heard this lots of time, wanna taste it in Original Punjab and yes a big glass of buttermik.

I also like south Indian dishes more than punjabi dishes. Infact I am big fan of South food. I love idli -sambhar n menduvada n all kind of dosa. But I really dont like original taste of south Indian dishes because mostly its made of coconut oil n you can feel the weird smell of that oil if u r not south Indian😀😀...

I love my Gujju dishes. Laddus, Sukhdi,Dhokla,theplas(always work during travelling😁), spicy n yummy pickles(made under the guidace old dadi) most fav puri n potato shak, variety of gathiyas, Jamnagar most famous Kachori n Ghughra, shiro, mix bhajiya,ragdo,mavakulfi, Jalebi, penda, Samosa, puranpoli, undhiyu, olo, Dal-dhokli, sev-tameta nu shak, dhokli nu shak, Rotlo, n countless list.....The aroma and perfect flavour make any receipe worth to eat.

Bitter, salty, sour, sweet, spicy tastes make our food more healthy.. But one should make less use of sweet and spicy food items in regular dishes. Afterall jaan hai to jahan hai!

So travel new stastes or countries n explore new veg dishes n yeah dnt forget to share wid me 😀.
